Terms and Conditions for Booking

By confirming a booking with Cavite Tiger Travel and Tours, the client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Reservation and Confirmation

  • Bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required down payment or full payment.

  • Reservations without payment are considered tentative and may be released without prior notice.

2. Payment Terms

  • A required down payment must be settled to secure the booking.

  • Full payment must be completed on or before the agreed due date prior to travel.

  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Down payments are non-refundable but may be rebooked subject to approval and availability.

  • Any cancellation made by the client may be subject to cancellation charges from hotels, airlines, resorts, or third-party suppliers.

  • Refund processing, if applicable, may take several business days depending on the provider.

4. Rebooking / Rescheduling

  • Requests for rebooking must be made in advance and are subject to availability and supplier approval.

  • Additional charges may apply for changes in travel dates, room category, airline fares, or transport rates.

5. Travel Requirements

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring valid IDs, passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

  • The agency is not liable for denied boarding or denied entry due to incomplete requirements.

6. Tour and Transport Services

  • Pick-up times and schedules must be strictly followed.

  • Delays caused by the client may shorten the tour duration or result in additional charges.

  • Vehicle assignments are subject to availability and operational requirements.

7. Force Majeure

  • The agency shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, traffic, or other events beyond control.

8. Liability

  • Cavite Tiger Travel and Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, resorts, transport providers, and other suppliers.

  • The agency shall not be liable for loss, injury, accident, theft, or damages during the trip beyond reasonable control.

9. Passenger Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, drivers, guides, and fellow travelers.

  • Any damage caused by passengers to vehicles, hotels, or facilities shall be charged accordingly.

10. Acceptance

  • Payment of deposit or full amount confirms that the client has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
